Canadian Orders
dng shop ships by United Parcel Service (UPS), Ground service, unless dng shop has approved alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to ship by other carriers. Once dng shop has received your order, verified availability, if any, of your order and processed payment, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Non-Canadian Orders
There is an additional $10 surcharge for all orders being shipped to the United States.

Overseas Orders
dng shop ships by the United States Postal Service (UPS). Orders should arrive within 3 to 5 weeks. All Japanese orders sent Express Mail unless other arrangements have been made with dng shop.

Customs and Duties Information
dng Shop is not responsible for any customs fees and import duties and taxes, nor is dng Shop responsible for complying to the laws and regulations of the country to which you have your packages sent. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. dng Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy
Subject to availability. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return your purchase to www.dng23.com for a full refund if returned undamaged and in original form. If the shipping container and/or merchandise is/are visibly damaged or defective upon receipt, refuse to accept package, and notify dng Shop of the return. Please include the packing slip, wrap the package securely, and send it UPS or Insured Parcel Post. dng Shop will pay only for return shipping on products that are damaged upon receipt of the shipment.

Exchanges
Subject to availability. Exact exchanges will be made if products do not suit the desire of the customer. Claims must be made within 30 business days of your receipt of purchase. dng Shop will not pay for shipping due to complaints of fit, size, color, or other aesthetic concerns.
